Refund Policy

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if part of the service was delivered or partially used, based on the portion of work completed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at hi@sulata.com with your name, order or invoice number, a brief explanation, and any supporting documentation. We will respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Disputes & Resolutions

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund decision, we encourage open communication and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
