2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom software development once initiated
  • Consultation or training sessions already completed
  • Licensing fees for software or third-party tools
  • Maintenance or support services that have already been rendered

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if part of the service was delivered or partially used. This will be based on the portion of work completed or the time elapsed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at hi@sulata.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order or invoice number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant documents or screenshots

We will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Disputes and Resolutions

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund decision, we encourage open communication and will work with you to find a fair and practical resolution.

6. Changes to This Policy

Sulata iSoft reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date clearly mentioned.
